Alison P. Pryce, M.D.
Dr. Pryce is a graduate of the Case Western University School of Medicine, Cleveland, OH. She performed her radiology residency and MRI fellowship at Mt. Sinai Medical Center, Cleveland, OH. Dr. Pryce received her American Board of Radiology certification in 1989. She has been with Spectrum Diagnostic Imaging, Inc. since 1995 and specializes in MRI, Nuclear Medicine, and Mammography. She is a member of the Radiological Society of North America, Cleveland Radiological Society, and the Northeast Ohio Ultrasound Society.
Julia Milman-Abbass, M.D.
Certified by the American Board of Radiology, Dr. Milman-Abbass earned her Medical degree from the Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. She completed her residency at MetroHealth Medical Center and joined Spectrum Diagnostic Imaging, LLP in October, 2000.
Douglas S. Arnson, M.D.
Dr. Arnson received his B.S. from the University of Michigan with High Honors. He completed his medical training at the Ohio State University College of Medicine with Letters of Commendation in Radiology, Internal Medicine and Physical Diagnosis. His Medical/Surgical Internship and Radiology Residency were completed at Mt. Sinai Medical Center of Cleveland, serving as Chief Resident, with a Fellowship in Magnetic Resonance Imaging completed at University Hospitals of Cleveland. Prior to joining Spectrum in January 1995 and serving as Medical Director for several years, he was Chief of Sections CT and MRI of a large multicenter, multidisciplinary medical practice in northeast Ohio. Dr. Arnson founded a teleradiology service in 2006 and provides subspecialty interpretations for multiple institutions around the country. He specializes in Musculoskeletal MRI, as well as oncologic imaging.
Alex Boutselis, M.D.
Specialty Teleradiology
Dr. Boutselis is a superb and uniquely qualified radiologist with extensive oncologic PET, CT, and Diagnostic Radiology experience. He received his medical degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine, and completed graduate studies in Advanced Training in Positron Emission Tomography at Duke University. Dr. Boutselis’ previous work experience includes providing interpretation services for PET/CT, MRI, and CT, at several large Acute Care Hospitals in Lafayette, Indiana. He also previously served as Co-Founder and General Director for InnerVision Advanced Medical Imaging Center, a full-service imaging center with special emphasis on PET/CT imaging. Dr. Boutselis resides in Lafayette, Indiana.
Jonathan Metzler, M.D.
Specialty Teleradiology
Dr. Metzler is an excellent Musculoskeletal Specialist with valuable PET and Diagnostic Radiology experience as well. He completed his radiology residency at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center and completed a Vascular Radiology Fellowship at Baylor University as well as a Musculoskeletal MRI fellowship at The University of Connecticut affiliate St. Francis Hospital. His musculoskeletal MRI fellowship has led to extensive musculoskeletal experience working with Orthopods and Orthopedic Surgeons. His previous experience as Founder and Senior Radiologist for Lubbock Diagnostic Radiology has been a tremendous asset. Dr. Metzler has given many lectures on Musculoskeletal MRI findings and MRI in Sports Medicine. Dr. Metzler resides in Lubbock, Texas, and provides tremendous value for our clients requiring musculoskeletal experience.
Larry McNamee, M.D.
Specialty Teleradiology
Dr. McNamee is the founder of Specialty Teleradiology. He has extensive experience in Diagnostic Radiology and Oncologic PET interpretations. Dr. McNamee completed his Radiology residency program at the Cleveland Clinic in Diagnostic Radiology and Nuclear Medicine. His fellowship training in Hematology & Oncology at The Cleveland Clinic has led the way to a well respected career with a unique focus on PET diagnostic imaging. Dr. McNamee is actively involved with surgeons, oncologists, and various specialists to review and discuss the latest advances in diagnostic and treatment options. PET examinations are evaluated from the perspective of the treating physician, and are treated as consults. Dr. McNamee is able to provide unequivocal, concise findings in an effort to give a comprehensive view of the cancer patient’s status. He has developed numerous successful PET centers across the county, and has given frequent lectures on the merits of PET scanning.
Richard Black, D.O.
Dr. Black graduated from Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine, Doctor of Osteopathy. Masters Program; Microbiology, Wright State University. Residency in Internal Medicine, Grandview Hospital, Dayton, Ohio. Fellowship; Nuclear Medicine, University of Cincinnati Medical Center. School of Aerospace Science, Brook AFB.

He has academic appointments with the Educational Committee for PET imaging with the Society of Nuclear Medicine and the Board of Advisors to the AART in Nuclear Medicine (supported by the ACR and AART). Dr. Black has been with Spectrum Diagnostic Imaging since 2002 and specializes in Nuclear Medicine, Oncology and PET imaging. He is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, Society of Nuclear Medicine, Radiology Society of North America and the Ohio Osteopathic Association nuclear medicine, Oncology and PET Imaging.
Timothy Sanders, M.D.

Dr. Sanders serves as the Director of Education and Research for NationalRad. He is board certified in Diagnostic Radiology by The American Board of Radiology. He received his M.D. at Medical College of Georgia, Augusta, Georgia and completed his internship in Internal Medicine at Wilford Hall USAF Medical Center, San Antonio, Texas. His residency in Diagnostic Radiology was completed at the University of Florida Health Science Center, Jacksonville, Florida where he also served as Chief Resident for the Department of Radiology. Dr. Sanders completed a Fellowship in Musculoskeletal Radiology at the David Grant USAF Medical Center in Affiliation with the University of California, Davis School of Medicine. He served over 20 years in the United States Air Force ulminating his distinguished military career serving as Chairman of the Department of Radiology at Wilford Hall USAF Medical Center and as the Radiology Consultant to the Air Force Surgeon General.

Dr. Sanders has worked approximately 14 years in musculoskeletal radiology. He recently coauthored his first textbook entitled “Problem Solving in Musculoskeletal Radiology” and is currently coauthoring his second textbook. He has authored 12 book chapters and has published over 60 peer-reviewed articles. He has served as guest editor for major orthopedic and radiology journals and currently serves as manuscript reviewer for both orthopedic and radiology journals. He has presented numerous original scientific papers in the area of sports medicine imaging and is a highly sought after guest lecturer having spoken on more than 175 occasions both nationally and internationally. He has received grants and multiple awards for his clinical research and publishing including awards from Radiological Society of North America and Society of Skeletal Radiology.

Dr. Sanders serves as Visiting Professor of Radiology at the University of Kentucky, in Lexington, Kentucky and also serves as a faculty member lecturing several times annually at the prestigious Radiologic-Pathology Course at the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology in Washington, D.C
Cary J. Hoffman, M.D.

Dr. Hoffman is the Vice President of NationalRad. He is board certified with subspecialty training in Musculoskeletal Imaging. He has been practicing for more than fifteen years. He completed his fellowship in Musculoskeletal Imaging at Duke University Medical Center, Durham, North Carolina. Dr. Hoffman also has a background in surgery as well as diagnostic radiology. While pursuing his B.A. in Medical Science at Boston University, Boston, Massachusetts, Dr. Hoffman completed a fellowship in microsurgery research at Massachusetts General Hospital / Harvard Medical School, Boston, Massachusetts He also completed surgical training Center / Yale University, New Haven, at Yale New Haven Medical Connecticut.

Dr. Hoffman has authored scientific publications and has presented his research at national meetings, including the Radiological Society of North America, and the Society of Magnetic Resonance Imaging.

Dr. Hoffman has significant experience and expertise in Musculoskeletal Imaging.
Michael B. Zlatkin, M.D.

Dr Zlatkin is the president of NationalRad. He received his M.D. at Queen’s University Medical School, Kingston, Ontario and completed his residency in Diagnostic Radiology at McGill University, Montreal, Quebec. He completed a fellowship in Musculoskeletal Radiology at the University of California, San Diego, CA. Dr. Zlatkin was Assistant Professor of Radiology at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. He was also Director of Sports Medicine Imaging of Health South Doctors Hospital, in Coral Gables, Fl.

Dr. Zlatkin is known as one of the foremost national and international authorities in MSK imaging, and sports medicine imaging. He is a Voluntary Professor of Radiology at the Miller School of Medicine, Univ. of Miami, where he co-directs the Musculoskeletal Imaging fellowship. He is a Visiting Professor of Radiology at Univ. of Kentucky, in Lexington, KY. He is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Osteopathic Principles & Practice, Division of Sports Medicine at NOVA Southeastern University, in Ft. Lauderdale, FL.

Dr. Zlatkin writes extensively in the field of MSK MRI having authored and co-authored two texts, MRI of the Shoulder, and Clinical Magnetic Resonance Imaging, edited by Edelman, Hesselink, Zlatkin and Crues. He has published approximately sixty peer reviewed articles, book chapters, review articles and lectures nationally and internationally, to radiologists and orthopedic surgeons. He currently serves as President of Clinical Magnetic Resonance Society and has worked as a musculoskeletal radiologist for over twenty years.

Dr. Shankman was formerly the Vice Chairman of Radiology at the Hospital for Joint Diseases Orthopaedic Institute in New York City and was a Radiology Consultant to the United Nations Health Services and the American Board of Sports Medicine.

He has he has held staff positions at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation and Case Western Reserve University.
